No Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind under any circumstances. At SESTRA, we ensure every item is inspected for quality assurance prior to dispatch. Please note that all sales are final.

Exchange Policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, we will gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • The item must be free from traces of perfume, make up and food/drink stains. 
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval by SESTRA.
How to Request an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us. Please note that the shipping expense for returning the product is to be paid by the purchaser.

Exclusions:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for exchange.
